This is a preliminary notice for the unpublished ITZA website draft, not a final privacy notice. The legal entity responsible for personal information, its registered address and jurisdiction have not yet been confirmed. For questions about this draft or privacy, contact hello@itzaventures.com. If you email us, your message may include your name, email address, company and business inquiry. Please do not send patient information, health records, identity documents, bank details or confidential materials.
Intended use
The intended use of business inquiries is to respond to your request and discuss relevant founder, investor or partnership conversations. An inquiry is not consent to an ongoing marketing newsletter. Any future subscription must have a separately explained choice and unsubscribe process.
Forms, service providers and technical data
Founder submissions are collected through Airtable, and investor and partner enquiries are collected through GoHighLevel. Before launch, we must confirm the hosting and email providers, technical logs, cookies or analytics, other processors, international transfers, retention periods and any required consent controls. This draft does not claim that no technical data is collected.
Privacy requests and launch review
You may send privacy questions or requests to hello@itzaventures.com. The final notice must explain the rights and request process applicable to the confirmed entity and jurisdictions. This preliminary text must be replaced with an accurate, reviewed notice before collecting information through live website forms.
