Women’s health is central to the product and the need it addresses. A medical device, diagnostic, wearable or connected physical product is at its core. Clinical validation is in progress, with a clear view of the evidence still needed. The regulatory pathway can be mapped and evaluated. Mexico can contribute meaningfully to the company’s path to market.

When the timing may be early
ITZA’s investment focus is on companies beyond concept with clinical validation in progress. If you are earlier, explain your current stage clearly. Software-only businesses are outside the current device mandate. Connected products with a physical device are considered on their merits.
What happens after you apply
First, we review fit with the mandate. Where there is alignment, we may request further information and arrange a conversation. Diligence and investment decisions follow a separate review; submitting an application does not guarantee funding.
